Whilst the Lagrange Group was very early to start managing residences at the same time as pursuing its tour operator activities, it is in the last ten years that it has made a major push in this area.

This growth strategy has developed organically over time and in particular, has enabled the Group to become more independent in terms of the accommodation it provides, at the same time as allowing it to consolidate its reputation and experience as a manager of residences. It is therefore able to dictate its specifications for creating new residences to better respond to the requirements of buyers and holidaymakers alike. In order to successfully fulfil its development mission, the Group has acquired existing operators on the one hand, and created its own tourist residence property marketing subsidiary on the other.


The portfolio of residences managed by Lagrange

In 2008, the Lagrange Group manages a total of 168 residences, spread out across France. The portfolio of residences in the mountains (Alps and Pyrenees), by the sea (Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts) and in the countryside (Alsace, Drôme, Gard, Lot, Dordogne and Touraine) amounts to 68,000 beds managed like this :
